Dispatcher Training Program

The training is an exhaustive training designed specifically to educate dispatchers of the trucking industry. This is what helps our agents service owner operators to remain profitable. Our training typically consist of 3–4 days, depending on the class pace.
After completing training, dispatchers are usually assigned two carriers (trucks) to begin with. Based on performance, organization, and equipment setup (such as computer capability and additional screens), experienced dispatchers can manage up to 5–6 trucks.
Dispatchers can work in several operational roles within the company:
• Bonafide Dispatchers (lane strategists) – managing loads and communicating with
brokers for assigned carriers
• Fire Squad (overnight dispatched management) – lighter dispatch responsibilities but supporting more trucks during overnight operations
• Elite Support (accounting and team support) – ensuring our carriers remain compliant with federal regulations and verifying that the trucks our dispatchers are booking are legally authorized to haul freight
